Where is Veldora Events located?

Veldora Events was founded and is currently located in Horry County, South Carolina. Owner, Tina Agnitti, was born and raised along the Grand Strand which allows her to have personal relationships with the vendors in our surrounding areas. Check out the company bio here!

Where are your services offered?

We are currently licensed to operate in Horry county and are in the works to have licensing in Georgetown and Marion counties. I would love to expand operations to anywhere you are looking to plan an event!

What is your policy for event cancellation?

In cases where events are rescheduled within 45 days, full payment for perishable items will be required. However, we value our clients and always strive to find the best solutions together!

How does the billing process work?

To secure your event booking, we request a 50% down-payment is due at contract signing. The remainder will be broken down into payments and the final payment will be due 30 days prior to your event date.

Need to manage your guest invites?

Utilize our user-friendly online guest management system within your Planning Pod Client Portal. Guest management can be easily managed by you or even handled by us. You will gain access to your client portal upon contract signing when purchasing a package that includes the service.

What services do you offer?

Our packages are customizable and can be tailored to your needs. Services range from full & partial planning, day of management, event design, officiant services, and more! Whether you don’t know where to start from your engagement day, enjoy planning but don’t know how to put together all the details to make the day run smoothly, or are needing a coordinator to make sure everyone is in their places at the right time- Veldora Events is here for you! You offer officiant and notary services?

Yes! As a South Carolina Notary Public, I can perform notarial acts that cover acknowledgements, oaths & affirmations, attestations & jurats, signature witnessing, verifications, and marriage ceremonies. South Carolina is one of 6 states in the United States that allows their notaries to perform marriage ceremonies!
