Full Service Package
This option is ideal for individuals who prefer not to manage organizational details, lack time for extensive research, or feel uncertain about how to begin planning their special occasion.
This package is ideal for clients planning their event more than 12 months in advance.
If your timeline is shorter but you’re still looking for comprehensive support, we’re happy to customize a package that better suits your schedule and needs.
Partial Service Package
This package is well-suited for those who wish to take an active role in planning their event but desire expert assistance to ensure a seamless organization for their special occasion.
Ideal for those planning their event 6–8 months (or more) in advance, the Partial Service package is thoughtfully tailored to reflect your unique needs and preferences. Through our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your specific requirements and determine how we can best support you throughout the planning process.
Event Management
Choosing your vendors may have been straightforward, but coordinating their timely arrival and execution on the day of your event can feel overwhelming. That’s where a day-of event manager becomes essential. By managing the timeline and handling on-the-spot coordination, they take the pressure off—so you can relax and truly enjoy every moment of your celebration.
We’ll meet twice to review any remaining tasks and identify how I can best support you in finalizing your plans. A customized day-of timeline will be created to streamline all your arrangements and provide peace of mind as your event approaches.
